Adding documents needs to be done at the setup of the server. If you look at the server's file structure you will notice that there is a images directory in which there is an .xslx file.
In this .xslx file, you will find this kind of sheet

If you wish to add a document to the database, you add a row to the sheet and fill in the cells.
Then, to add the pages, the scans of your documents, you will just have to create a new directory in images/original and name it with the Cote entered in the sheet.
In this project, the directory's name has to be prefixed by AM69123_
